Workforce and Education CommitteeWorkforce & Education Committee (WEC) The Workforce and Education Committee (WEC) is a formal committee reporting to the KIC Board. Its purpose is to assist KIC members maintain a viable and sustainable workforce for the KIA well into the long term future. The committee was established to achieve this through the development of strategies and initiatives that will initially focus on the local population catchment through the existing education system and the existing employment networks. WEC will report annually to KIC on its performance in meeting its objectives. |
