The executive is responsible for setting the agenda for CIF meetings, processing applications for presentations and dealing with any administrative issues which relate to the running of the bi-monthly forums. Generally, the agenda is set four weeks ahead of each CIF meeting and is available a fortnight prior to each meeting.

CIF is an independent forum which was initiated by KIC and is jointly supported by KIC, Department of Industry & Resources, the Town of Kwinana and the City of Rockingham.  However none of these bodies either administer or control the CIF.  All decisions relating to the administration of CIF and its schedule of presentations are made by the CIF Executive and then implemented by the CIF co-ordinator.  Any member of the community or industry representative can (and many do) make recommendations to the CIF Executive.

If you would like to make a presentation at a CIF meeting, or would like to request a presentation be made on a particular topic, please contact:
Debbie Hoey - CIF Coordinator
Ph: 9437 0162
Fx: 9437 0101
Email: debbie.hoey@cciwa.com

or alternatively complete and send in the CIF Request Form (pdf 156kb).

All requests to present at CIF meetings are presented to the CIF Executive for their consideration and approval.

If you would like to receive regular information regarding the CIF, including agendas for future meetings, please click here and complete the feedback form.
